Deadline Pictures is based in Europe, pays in euros, and is mid-range in terms of cost, rather than low-cost. (See Terms of Payment below.)
There is no photographer’s tutorial. No test is required before submitting photographs for evaluation. Unlike other sites with a formal submission mechanism, Deadline Pictures requests that you post a minimum of 20 photographs anywhere online.
To figure out the sort of photographs that are acceptable, a section of their website shows use of photographs. As a source for “alternative” stock photography, most of the example photographs display odd point-of-view or perspective, an edgy or grunge attitude, harsh color, blurriness, or emotional distance.
My photographs of tract houses, parks and playgrounds are not a fit.
The minimal size is at least 1600 x 1200 pixels. (Larger sizes earn higher payment.) The photographs must be in JPEG format, with no retouching. Studio photography discouraged.
Selecting twenty photographs to post for evaluation as an initial test of their approval process will require some thought, and most likely new pictures.

This market will drop to the bottom of my queue, as a possible mismatch in sensibilities.
