The Big Dipper and Spence

After reading both Michelle Malkin’s post and Debbie Schlussel’s post concerning Spencer Abraham’s background, I confess to needing clarification from The Big Dipper on his choice of non-campaign manager advisor. (Randy Enright is non-campaign manager.)

Out of all the people champing at the bit to run advise his campaign, why did Fred pick Spence?

(Hat tip: my Midwest correspondent, DeepWheat.)

UPDATE: meantime, good news comes in the person of Jim Mills, a Fox News producer, who can start by explaining the hiring of Spence Abraham…

UPDATE 2: maybe Newt Gingrich can take time out of his flirtation to explain Spence Abraham?

UPDATE 3: continuing my background reading, I realized that I had baptized Spencer Abraham as non-campaign manager, which title belongs instead to Randy Enright. Why the mix-up? Because Michelle Malkin’s post called Spence The Big Dipper’s “acting campaign manager.” This improves my mood greatly, but doesn’t erase the need for an explanation.

Do you find news here worth reading? Do you agree (or disagree) with my slant on that news? Buy me a cup of coffee! My recipe for a daily cup: 8 ounces of 2% milk, 2 shots of espresso, 4 shakes of ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a topping of light whipped cream. Drop a tip in my jar — whatever amount you want, whatever amount you think I've earned.
