This Week’s Catholic Carnival is Up!

Hosted at Just Another Day of Catholic Pondering.

Here are the first three posts that made me click through:

  • The first-click-through award goes to Domestic Vocation for “Bunnies and Sheep” because I read Margaret Wise Brown’s The Runaway Bunny to my own children, and look forward to doing the same for my grandchildren. (Kids — are you listening?)

  • The second-click-through award goes to The Kid Sister of Blessed Imelda for “The New Paganism by Hilaire Belloc” because I enjoy reading both Hilaire Belloc and G.K. Chesterton.

  • The one-more-before-the-door award goes to Christus Vincit for “The New Bishop of Lake Charles” because I am the proprietor of the Carnival of Hurricane Relief, and like to emphasize good news from the Gulf Coast.

As always, there are more than the three listed posts. Click through to check out the entire Carnival for yourself.

Do you find news here worth reading? Do you agree (or disagree) with my slant on that news? Buy me a cup of coffee! My recipe for a daily cup: 8 ounces of 2% milk, 2 shots of espresso, 4 shakes of ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and a topping of light whipped cream. Drop a tip in my jar — whatever amount you want, whatever amount you think I've earned.
