Daryl at Screenhead reports that the Chief Executive Officer of New Line Cinema, Robert Shaye, is on record as refusing to ever allow Peter Jackson to work with the company as long as he, Robert Shaye, is in charge. Thus, no Jackson in charge of The Hobbit.
