This video was taken on Tuesday, August 25th, 2009 at Rep. Jim Moran’s (D-VA) Town Hall meeting on Obama Deathcare (Howie Dean was there too) held at South Lakes High School in Reston, VA.
I don’t know about the laws in Virginia, but generally restricted free speech rights on public schools is directed at students mouthing off and wielded by teachers acting in loco parentis — not by a security guard to shut down a political protest at a political meeting.
