Seal Beach: Marshall’s To Open in Shops At Rossmoor

The discount department retailer, Marshalls, will be opening a new store in the Seal Beach shops at Rossmoor. The new Marshalls will be occupying the store location recently vacated by Circuit City in The Shops at Rossmoor Center at 12305 Seal Beach Boulevard.
“This is great news. We welcome Marshalls to Seal Beach, and look forward to helping them get this store open in time for the holiday shopping season” said Mayor Gordon Shanks. Marshalls offers brand name clothing and shoes up to 60% less than shoppers expect to find in department and specialty stores.
Contractors are currently working on demolition and renovation of the location. Marshalls is expected to open in November 2009.
