This is the 78th Carnival of Hurricane Relief. The first was hosted by Glenn Reynolds at the urging of Hugh Hewitt with the support of N.Z. Bear in direct response to the devastation wrought by Hurricane Katrina on the Gulf Coast. It also includes areas damaged by Hurricanes Rita and Wilma.

Special Note: A Squidoo Lens has been created for CoHR.
A Squidoo Lens is a way to organize online information.
Four small payments have been made to
the Grameen Foundation USA
based on income derived from the CoHR Squidoo Lens.
However worthy in itself, the Grameen Foundation USA
is not a good fit for CoHR.
CoHR is happy to announce that we are
in the preliminary steps of helping
a local Gulf Coast charity
through the registration process with Squidoo.
More will be posted as progress is made.
