This Week’s Carnival of the Capitalists is Up

Here are the first three posts that made me click through:

  • The first-click-through award goes to David Maister at Professional Business Professional Life for “Passion, People and Principles” because a one-man band can’t carry on without passion.
  • The second-click-through award goes to The Simple Dollar for “Money For Nothing: Five Ways To Put Money In Your Pocket With Zero Effort” because a one-man band should always be looking for ways to make or stretch a dollar, as long as it doesn’t distract from the main event. (Sadly, I already do three out of the five suggestions — and my fussy hubby dislikes flourescent lighting, so that one is out.)
  • The one-more-before-the-door award goes to Photon Courier for “Online Groceries: Then and Now,” a comparison of WebVan with FreshDirect, because early profitability is one of my own one-man-band goals. In fact, I am on track to break even by the end of the calendar year. (Knock on wood.)

As always, there are many more posts than the three that I listed — I zeroed in on the posts that might relate directly to DIY Online Business For One. Click through and check the list yourself.
